CTR Staff App Support

    Help for the CTR Staff iPhone app, the Carolina Trophy Roofs team app for our employees and crews. Last updated: October 23, 2026.

    CTR Staff opens the Carolina Trophy Roofs staff portal on your iPhone. Accounts are created by Carolina Trophy Roofs; the app has no sign-up. What you see depends on your role.

    Signing in

    • Enter the email address Carolina Trophy Roofs has on file for you. We email you a one-time code; type it in to finish signing in.
    • No code? Check your spam folder, and make sure you used the same email address CTR has for you.
    • If the address is not recognized, or you no longer have access, ask your manager or the CTR office to check your account.
    • You stay signed in on the phone for a while, then sign in again with a new code.

    Location

    • Clocking in and out in Time & Pay needs your location. While you are clocked in, the app sends location points to CTR.
    • Hail Scout asks for your agreement first and shares your location with CTR management during working hours, including when the app is in the background.
    • The GPS tracking switch in the app is off until you turn it on. You can turn it off, and you can change the permission any time in iPhone Settings, Privacy & Security, Location Services, CTR Staff.

    Photos

    The app asks to use your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or attach a photo, for example a receipt. If the picker does not open, check Settings, CTR Staff.

    Messages and bulletin boards

    Messages and bulletin boards are for CTR work. Every post shows its author. To report a message or a post that does not belong, use the Report button next to it; the owners are notified. Authors and owners can remove posts.

    Your account and your data

    Your account belongs to your work with Carolina Trophy Roofs. When you leave, CTR removes you from the roster and your access stops. How we handle the information the app collects is in the CTR Staff app section of our Privacy Policy, including how to ask for access, correction or deletion.
