This is our Standard Trophy Roof, the roof standard our company built its reputation on. We only install architectural shingles, we only use synthetic underlayment, and we run ice and weather membrane whether the carrier pays for it or not. Cash, finance or insurance, every job gets the same build and a 5-year labor warranty backed by us. It is included with every roof at no additional cost.
No decking allowance in Standard. Replacement decking is $75 per 4′×8′ sheet, material and labor.

From contract to completion
Stages can vary somewhat in order. Install dates are tentative to weather and other factors. In an emergency such as a leak, we will come and tarp it at no charge.
